Ai-Qi Gong Seminar with Charles

Sunday evening, home in Brooklyn I feel whole and relaxed though kind of tired in the good sense of the emotion. Today we had our Ai-Qi Gong seminar with my dear friend and teacher Sir Charles, who took the full house sold out class through simple energy cultivating as one in the group and then exploring with a partner the power of relationship from the touch and shared energy point of movement.
