I am long time practitioner of the yogic sciences, specifically the system of Kundalini Yoga through Hari Kaur and Katonah Yoga with Nevine Michaan. Yoga gave me the altitude, a zoomed out perspective, that helped me shift my attitude. I found myself with myself with big ideas and lofty goals, but without the ability to bring them into the world, at least not with ease or joy. That is when I got up off the mat and started to develop a standing QiGong practice. Naturally, I started leaning into life more. Before I knew it, my anxiety started to fade, I was smiling again and finally on edge of real exploration. Join me on this journey.

  • Chi Body is a method to gain deeper mind-body awareness, cultivate internal energy or Qi, develop martial power, and improve body alignment. Using the authentic knowledge and wisdom of the Daoist energetic tradition, the Chi Body method unlocks the body’s inner power and potential for a strong, healthy, and balanced body.

    Through simple step-by-step guided practice of the Chi Body method, the practitioner begins to cultivate Qi and store it in the body’s energy center or Dantian. This process allows the practitioner to gain conscious control over the body’s bio-battery, and recharges the body’s life-force to slow down or even reverse the natural process of aging.

    On the mental and physical levels, the practice of the Chi Body method, through the coordination of the conscious and subconscious mind, slow relaxed movements, and the power of the breathe, brings the practitioner optimum health, strong body and immune system, mental clarity, emotional calmness, confidence, and reduced stress.

    On the spiritual level, the practice of the Chi Body method strengthens the three treasures or the three fundamental building blocks of the spiritual body: Jing (essence), Qi (energy), and Shen (spirit). By using the correct method of converting the body’s essence to energy and then to the spirit, it allows the practitioner to access a higher level of consciousness, which brings vitality, happiness and wisdom in life.
