LLOYD HUBER

RESIDENT TEACHER • QI STUDIO ARCHITECT

Lloyd W. Huber holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and has led numerous projects as the Principal of LWH Architecture. His work is guided by a deep appreciation for fine detail, simplicity in design, and harmony with nature.

Beyond architecture, Lloyd's journey of self-development has led him to explore and practice Qigong, Xing Yi, Tai Chi, Pekiti Tirsia and the Tao. These disciplines have profoundly influenced his approach to both design and life.

A significant milestone in this journey was the design and construction of the Qi Center with the Qi family—a space dedicated to internal cultivation and holistic well-being.  Lloyd is honored to teach and share his perspective on the Tao and the Xing Ming Gong system.

ROOT LINAGE: Lloyd shares teachings from the classical Chinese arts lineage of his root teacher, Master Zhongxian Wu, who preserves ancient traditions of internal cultivation. He also draws from the guidance of Thomas Droge, a dedicated student of Master Wu and a leading teacher of the Xing Ming Gong system.
