Formerly NYC-based, now Denver-based Fascial Release practitioner, yoga teacher, and deep explorer of the of the mechanics of the mind and its relationship with the body. He has helped people overcome years of chronic pain, lasting side effects of old injuries and surgeries, release chronic stress and life-long trauma’s, and even improve neurological conditions.

Andrew’s life path has spanned from being an Electrical Engineer, to Yoga Teacher, to Data Scientist, and back into wellness practices. His own health & wellness journey facing struggles of chronic pain, injury, and personal traumas kicked off in 2017 during a 10-day, 100-hour silent meditation retreat, a literal life changing experience focusing on breath and body awareness, where he gained a deep intuition on how the mind effects the body, how the body in turn influences the mind, and the physical manifestations of traumas and harmful, out-of-date beliefs. 

This marked the beginning of a journey that led him to Nepal, where he acquired a 500-hour yoga teacher certification along with training in, Ayurveda, meditation, sound healing, and breathwork. This led him further to find training in Fascial Release for both physical and emotional healing from a physical therapist with 40+ years of experience in Fascial Release and Chinese Medicine experience. He now teachers her technique and travels with her on her retreats to spread the knowledge.

Andrew’s approach to Fascial Release is empathy, intuition, and technical based, combining insights from all of the modalities he’s explored over the years as well as his own life experiences, to approach the whole person and not just isolated symptoms and experiences. A client’s life story informs and even causes their current struggles.

    Deepen your relationship with your own body through giving and receiving an intuitive approach to fascial release

    This workshop focuses on Myofascial Release - a hands-on technique to heal from the inside out by releasing restrictions in the connective tissue that pervades the body, called fascia. Through 5 hours of live demonstration and hands-on practice, you'll learn the foundational principles of how to identify and treat fascial restrictions throughout the body with your own two hands. You'll be able to help friends, family, and yourself with chronic pain,  tight muscles, pesky "knots", mobility limitations, and some nerve issues.  As you release these bound areas, you can experience an overall rejuvenation of the body's natural flow.

    Myofascial Release also facilitates energetic shifts, emotional releases, and activation of the innate healing system of the body. You'll learn how restricted fascia can block the body's energy flow, and how releasing these areas allows for unblocking of energy to allow it to flow freely again. This powerful work gets to the core of the "issues in your tissues”, deeply held tensions, traumas, and misalignments within the mind-body system to guide you toward deeper self-love and alignment with your essence as you release anything not of love. Whether you suffer from chronic pain, movement limitations, or are just seeking greater vitality, this workshop provides a space to profoundly heal, restore balance, and rediscover your true self.
