RESIDENT TEACHER

After 10 years of practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga, I discovered Qi Gong in 2020 and have made it the main focus of my daily practice ever since. I currently study Qi Gong closely and directly with Masters of both Korean and Chinese sword schools and pass these teachings on diligently and sincerely.


ROOT LINAGE: Sharing from the teachings of Chris Chen martial are qigong, study of Dong Han Chi Gong and the teachings of Grandmaster Sung Baek, 75th Grandmaster of the Dong Han (Eastern Scholars) healing clan, a Korean Taoist tradition stretching back over 2500 years.

PRACTICE WITH DARRAN

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Light movements and meditation for maintaining health including exercises for easing tension, maintaining bone density, strengthening ligaments and tendons, joint support, hormonal balance and more.

  • All level practice to develop or maintain movement dynamics based on the essential principals of Tai Ji.

  • Vigorous standing postures designated to densify energy in the body, encourege correct postural anlignment and strengthen the connective tissue of the body (fascia)
