Tiffany Santos is an intuitive Sound Meditation Facilitator, passionate about helping individuals disconnect from habitual thinking patterns and reconnect with their inner selves. She empowers participants by sharing practical tools to calm both the nervous system and the mind, fostering awareness of the body, breath, and state of consciousness. Drawing from her personal experiences, Tiffany creates healing soundscapes for diverse audiences, offering safe spaces for self-discovery, transformation, and harmony. Her work encourages deep reflection, inner peace, and a reconnection with the innate wisdom within us all.


ROOT LINAGE: Kriya Yoga has been passed down directly from master to disciple through an unbroken lineage: from Babaji Maharaj to Lahiri Mahasaya, then to Swami Shri Yukteshwar, followed by Paramahansa Yogananda, and continuing to the present Kriya Yoga masters.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Join us for a 1 hour journey into sound meditation, where you’ll actively engage with sound as a tool for deep relaxation, mental clarity, and contemplation. While terms like sound baths, sound therapy, and sound journeys are often used, we emphasize sound meditation to invite your active participation and intentional listening throughout.

    This practice harnesses the vibrational power of various instruments—Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and more—to help guide you into a state of profound relaxation. Together, we'll explore mindful breathing, vocal toning (gentle humming and wordless sounds), and practices to support a meditative, contemplative state.

    During this experience, the sounds will help bring your mind and body into balance, releasing tension and encouraging restfulness. Allow the vibrations to gently influence your brain’s rhythms, enhancing relaxation and preparing you for restful sleep and more vivid dreams.
